1. Provide emotional support and counseling
2. Identify and address welfare needs of attendees

4. Facilitate access to resources and services
5. Maintain confidentiality and discretion
6. Collaborate with other teams (e.g. pastoral care)
7. Develop and implement welfare programs and initiatives
8. Provide referrals to external services (e.g. healthcare, counseling)
