Duties of Pastors at Women in the Gap:

1. Provide spiritual guidance and leadership
2. Teach and preach the Word of God
3. Offer counseling and pastoral care
4. Lead prayers and worship sessions
5. Provide vision and direction for the ministry
6. Mentor and disciple leaders and attendees
7. Facilitate workshops and seminars
8. Build relationships with attendees and leaders
9. Intercede and pray for the ministry and attendees
