Duties of a Church Instrumentalist:

1. Attend rehearsals and practice regularly
2. Play instrument during services, accompanying choir, congregation, or soloists
3. Follow cues from worship leader, pastor, or music director
4. Blend sound with other musicians
5. Care for and store equipment
6. Provide feedback and participate in evaluations
7. Engage in prayer and spiritual preparation
8. Collaborate with other musicians and church staff
